This Privacy Policy explains how Chip Rush 21 ("the game", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you play the game or use optional cloud sync features.

Information We Handle
- Local game profile: guest progress is stored on your device. This can include virtual chip balance, reserved bets, wins, losses, pushes, blackjack counts, bust counts, best streak, rank, cosmetic unlocks, daily bonus status, selected settings, and account mode.
- Optional Google sign-in: if you choose to sign in with Google, Firebase Authentication may provide a user ID, display name, and email address so the game can identify your cloud profile.
- Optional cloud save: if you are signed in, the game can sync your casino profile to Firebase Cloud Firestore under your Firebase user ID.
- Device/network access: the Android app requests internet and network state access so Google sign-in and cloud sync can work.
- Service data: Firebase and Google services may process technical data needed to provide authentication, security, hosting, and cloud database services.
How We Use Information
- To save your local game progress and settings.
- To let you optionally sign in with Google.
- To sync your virtual-chip profile across supported devices when signed in.
- To maintain game security, diagnose service issues, and respond to support requests.
Entertainment-Only Social Casino Disclosure
Chip Rush 21 simulates blackjack-style gameplay using virtual chips for entertainment. The game does not offer real-money wagering, real-money chip purchases, cash-out, prizes, or anything of real-world monetary value. Playing or winning in the game does not imply future success in real-money gambling.
The game is not intended for children. Do not use the game if you are under the legal age required in your location for social casino-style games or related advertising.
Third-Party Services
The game uses Google Firebase services for optional Google sign-in, cloud sync, hosting, and related infrastructure. Google handles data according to its own policies and service terms.
Chip Rush 21 does not currently offer in-app purchases and does not currently include an in-app advertising SDK.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with service providers such as Google Firebase, when required by law, or when needed to protect the game, players, or our rights.
Your Choices
- You can play locally without Google sign-in where the game supports guest mode.
- You can sign out from the game settings. Local progress can remain on the device after sign-out.
- You can delete local game data by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
- You can request deletion of cloud profile data by emailing datnt13022@gmail.com from the Google account associated with your profile.
Retention
Local data remains on your device until you delete it. Cloud profile data may remain while your account is active or until you request deletion, unless we need to retain limited records for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Security
We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore security rules to limit cloud profile access to the signed-in Firebase user. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Transfers
Firebase and Google services may process information on servers located outside your country or region. By using optional cloud features, you understand that information may be processed where those services operate.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, legal requirements, or service providers change. The effective date above will show the latest update.
